GAPocket (hereinafter "the App" or "Service Provider") respects your privacy and takes maximum care to protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by the App, its purpose of use, and how it is managed.

1. Information Collection and Use

In providing the App, the following information may be collected and used.

Google Account Information

The App uses Firebase Authentication for authentication and obtains basic Google account information (email address, name, profile image URL, etc.) at login. This information is used solely for user verification and display within the App.

Google Analytics Data

With your consent, the App uses the Google Analytics Data API and Admin API to retrieve and display data (statistical data such as pageviews, sessions, user counts, and configuration information) from Google Analytics properties you have access to.

Important: The retrieved analytics data is used temporarily for display within the App and AI analysis, and is not permanently stored on the Service Provider's server. For performance improvement, data is temporarily cached on your device (AsyncStorage).

2. Access to Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

The App uses the following third-party services to provide services and improve functionality, and data may be sent within the necessary scope.

  Used to provide authentication features and ensure security.

• OpenAI API
  Used in the "AI Insights" and "Weekly Summary" features to analyze statistical data (numeric data only) and generate explanatory text. No personally identifiable information is sent.

3. Data Storage and Security

The Service Provider promises to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Obtained authentication tokens and analytics data are securely managed on your device using industry-standard security measures.

4. User Rights

You can stop the collection and use of your information by uninstalling the App at any time. When you uninstall, cached data stored on your device is deleted.

Additionally, you can revoke access to the App at any time from your Google account settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated as necessary. If there are important changes, we will notify you on this page, and the revised policy will become effective when posted.
